Booking & payment
How much does it cost to reserve my date?
A 30% retainer reserves your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. After your retainer, the balance can be split into monthly payments that finish one month before the wedding.
How can I pay?
Credit or debit card, ACH bank transfer, check or cash. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee; the other methods don't.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes — 8% off for military families. As a veteran-owned business, it means a lot to us.
When is peak season?
March through June. Weddings from July through February are off-peak and save 10%.
Do you charge sales tax?
Only on physical delivery like a DVD or thumb drive. Digital delivery is tax-free.
Do you charge travel fees?
Not for weddings in Columbia, Charleston, Hilton Head, Savannah, Greenville or Augusta. Planning a destination wedding? Ask us for a travel quote.
Your films
How long until we get our films?
Your social media teaser arrives within 1 week. Your complete films are delivered on a dedicated webpage within 2–3 months. Need them sooner? Expedited delivery (within 2 weeks) is available as an add-on.
What's your style?
Cinematic, documentary-style storytelling. We focus on candid, authentic moments rather than staged ones.
Can we choose the music?
Absolutely — you can help shape the soundtrack to match your taste and the mood of the day. Some songs can't be used because of licensing, and we'll help you find great alternatives.
Do you film in 4K?
Yes, everything is filmed and delivered in 4K.
Is drone coverage included?
Yes, in every collection — as long as the weather and your venue allow it.
How do you capture audio for vows and speeches?
We use professional microphones and audio recorders so every word of your vows and toasts comes through clearly.
Can we get the raw footage?
Yes. Raw footage is included in the Never Miss a Moment collection and available as a $400 add-on for the others.
The wedding day
Do we need to feed your crew?
Only for coverage of 7 hours or more.
What if you can't make it on our date?
We keep on-call videographers ready to step in if an emergency ever happens, so your day is always covered.
